Name transfer for my car

as I've been telling for a month's time now , i finally bought a ford Taurus car en, diesel version. this is the best car in mileage comfort and quality. i bought a used car with the price cut so i made the best possible deal. the car is great driving and owning experience especially in the cities i feel like sitting in my own private place.
but the only problem arose when i began to apply to change the name of that registered vehicle from the name of the previous owner to mine , this turned out to be a very tedious process , the government authorities have taken a great deal of my time in a working day( i went on loss of pay) . once i somehow got over it then came the bigger work of changing the insurance claimer name , my previous owner was a dork and he has not given all the papers signed . i went over met him and asked his required sign, then went to office which was closed due to labor strike indefinitely. the best i could do was to give my car a Temporary Insurance while i wait for all the problem circling the government is over this was however a quicker and easier process , i am happy that at least those labor's were courteous enough to give me this at least , even though i don't know the demands of their strike , i support them. come on any one this considerate and articulate can't be wrong , now can they?!
